Is it flicker free?

let's say that I would like to use the RGBW Led controller to illuminate a film set. Do you know how many MHz this controller can run? The problem I got with chip controllers is that when you start dimming it down, even if you are shooting at 24fps, they start flickering.

A flicker-free led controller made for the film industry is really expensive (but you can shoot till 1200fps with some of them) so I was wondering if your controller is flicker free and if yes till witch point.

Thanks a lot,
